Andrew graduated with Honours from the University of Hertfordshire and is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine. He is certified in Resuscitation and Emergency Management Onfield (REMO) as Recognised by The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Having retired from playing for Aylesbury Rugby Club he returned to the club as Head Physiotherapist and is now in his fourth season working with the 1st XV and Colts. Andrew also works for the County side and for the past two seasons has been covering training camps for London and South East Divisional Rugby team as drawn from Premiership academies.

Andrew has provided course side management for the Flora London Marathon and has also worked in a voluntary capacity for MS Society and the Willow Foundation providing post-event treatment.
