Cosette Jackson is an HCPC-registered dietitian with experience in sports and clinical nutrition.
She graduated with a first-class honours’ degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey and has since been working privately and within the NHS. Cosette works with people of both sports and clinical backgrounds to help them improve their performance, health, and their relationship with food. She works with a range of people, including those with Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, IBS, Coeliac Disease and those looking to impact their weight.
Cosette was an elite competitive gymnast winning regional, national, and international titles, giving her a personal insight into the life and strains of being an athlete. She has experience working with both sports teams and individuals to utilise nutrition to meet goals, aid recovery, improve performance and get lasting results. She is not only passionate about improving performance during exercise but also is driven to help people in their daily lives become the healthiest and happiest they can be. These long-term lifestyle changes lead to a boost in quality of life.
Cosette is currently enrolled in her post-graduate diploma with the IOPN to become a SENr Performance Nutritionist. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Women’s Specialist Fitness expert, working with clients to improve their fitness, strength and relationship with exercise.
