We’re Hiring!

We are looking for an afternoon and evening receptionist / administrator for our private physiotherapy clinic, based in Aylesbury.

Applicants must be approachable, confident and friendly, with excellent computer skills, good communication skills and the ability to use their own initiative.

Job Description

  • 25-30 hours week, afternoon and evening hours (until 8pm Mon-Thurs, and hours Fri to be agreed)
  • General receptionist role including:
    • Welcoming patients
    • Answering enquiries via emails and telephone
    • Managing CRM and scheduling appointments via our booking portal
    • Taking payments
  • Administrative duties
    • Typing dictated letters and notes from physios
    • Collating invoices and receiving payments
    • Diary management
  • Social media and website management

Please note:This is not an exhaustive list, the applicant may be required to carry out other duties to meet the needs of the business.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an office environment (essential)
  • Front of house or reception background (essential)
  • Social media and website management (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a clinical environment (desirable)

Skills

  • Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office and outlook
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks within a fast paced environment
  • Able to multi-task
  • Dependable, honest and punctual
  • Confident working independently
