Gabs gains more Team GB experience in Italy
Having previously worked for British Gymnastics, Gabs connected with the Team GB Swim Physio and was asked to support the British Swimming Championships in April 2022. Impressed with her work, Team GB called Gabs up again when more hands were needed for the European Championships.
‘Mummy MOT’ helps set Lally on course for Commonwealth Silver Medal
Three years after the birth of her daughter Nyla, British athlete and Elite client Jade Lally won a silver medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. In a social media post, Jade thanked Denise Lewis for the recommendation to see our women's health specialist Gemma West at Elite. After narrowly missing out on Gold and taking home Silver, Jade told Gemma "you played a major part in my comeback!"
