I had a phone consultation with Tom, recommended from a friend. Spoke through my ongoing knee issue which multiple specialists have been unable to identify, talked through my history with the problem and immediately Tom recognised the pains I have been experiencing and perfectly described the feelings I have been getting in my knee without me saying it. He then proceeded to explain what the issue was, put a plan in place to ensure it gets better. This was all within 20 minutes. Cannot thank him enough for this and means I can tackle the London marathon knowing what I need to do now.
I have been suffering with a back problem for months and been to other professionals with no success. Our first session Tom had diagnosed it and actually treated it!! I am now working on a series of exercises and am well on the road to recovery.
After living overseas and been lucky enough to have treatment from Australia’s track and field physiotherapist, Shane Lemecke, I told Tom he had pretty big shoes to fill!!! He has more than matched my expectations. He did a fantastic job on my troublesome lower back and is currently treating my shoulders with great results.
I’ve been working with Tom for nearly a year following complications post surgery. I didn’t think I’d be able to walk without a limp anymore but can now run and walk successfully with no limp. I’m a lot stronger and feel much better, thanks to Tom’s amazing skill. Thank you Tom and Elite!

After severely damaging my ankle last year I thought my amateur footballing days were over, until I met Tom at Elite. With his help I have just returned to playing and I feel great.
He understood what playing meant to me and set me a program of guided exercises and monitored my progress.
I cannot thank him enough, great service.
Tom has treated both my boys for football related injuries. His customer service is excellent. Tom is warm and approachable and takes time to understand their problems and to listen. He gave them great exercises which Charlie is doing without fail each night to fix his hamstring as desperate to get back to football.
