
Harry is a highly qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over nine years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, from those looking to build strength and confidence in everyday life to high-performing athletes. He holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching (CIMSPA Endorsed) and a Distinction MSc in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Brighton. A Level 3 Personal Trainer, Harry is currently working towards UKSCA Accreditation.
His coaching background includes delivering Olympic lifting instruction across all ability levels and leading targeted S&C programmes for athletes in sports such as badminton, hockey, football, rowing, and netball. He has supported youth national athletes, facilitated ACL rehabilitation and return-to-play strategies, and worked with experienced competitors, including an England Masters Hockey defender.
Harry’s professional journey has seen him contribute to athlete development within the England Golf Academy under Dr. Alex Bliss and support British rowing squads via the British Institute of Sport. His approach is holistic and evidence-based, integrating ground reaction force analysis, load monitoring, and movement screening to create tailored, progressive programmes that meet each individual’s goals — whether that’s recovery, long-term health, or elite performance.
Through his coaching business, ForceMeetsFunction, Harry has delivered workshops and applied innovative training systems to empower individuals from all walks of life. His work includes supporting adults navigating the physical demands of modern life, as well as those managing specific health milestones.
Beyond his work at Elite Physical Medicine, Harry is passionate about family life, functional training, and exploring how cutting-edge technologies can enhance movement, recovery, and personalised care for all.
