We’re delighted to welcome Laura Fernandez to the Elite Physical Medicine team. A dual-trained Physiotherapist and Musculoskeletal Sonographer, Laura works with a wide range of patients – from those recovering after surgery or managing everyday aches and pains, to individuals training for endurance events.
Her ability to offer on-site diagnostic ultrasound imaging enhances clinical decision-making and streamlines care – a fantastic addition to our multidisciplinary approach. Laura is also qualified in acupuncture, sports massage therapy, and personal training, enabling her to deliver truly tailored rehab programmes.
A seasoned Ironman triathlete, marathoner, and now Hyrox competitor, Laura’s personal passion for sport adds another layer of insight for those with athletic goals. She is heading up our Watford clinic and also supporting the Aylesbury team.
