I went to Elite Physical Medicine after a knee op and wanting to improve my ROM and get back to everyday life and look after my knees to prevent further injuries. Gabrielle was amazing, gave me great advice and exercises to do all geared towards my own personal goals. I’ve learnt so much from Gabrielle and have taken every bit of advice on board. Will definitely be going back if I ever need this service again.

All the praise for Elite Physical Medicine – in particular for Gabrielle Jackson. I had tennis elbow which resulted in not even being able to lift a cup of tea. Gabrielle has a wonderful manner and is clearly very knowlegeable and experienced in her field. She builds a good, easy and trusting rapport from the first session, and in a few weeks having had massage, acupuncture and a range of excercises to perform at home – I am now healed.

Gabrielle was brilliant and listened to where I wanted to get to and what I had done. When I went to see her for the first time I had not been able put weight on my foot, was walking on crutches, had very little movement in my foot and was in pain. After the first session I was able to put weight on my foot, walk without my crutches and the pain was reduced. Thanks to our sessions and the exercises she gave me to work on outside of our sessions I am now running again and my surgeon is very happy with the progress I have made. Gabrielle was knowledgeable and very friendly, as was everyone I met at Elite.

The attention and advice provided by Gabrielle for my trapped nerve in my back was great. She gave me exercises to do to strengthen by lower back muscles, which has definitely helped. The environment of our sessions was clean, professional and very pleasant. I would certainly go back here should I do any future damage to myself.

I first came to see Gabrielle about 8 weeks ago with neck, shoulder and arm pain. After 8 weeks of physio, including acupuncture, I’m almost back to normal. Not as expensive as I thought either for treatment and worth every penny.

I would 100% recommend Elite Physical Medicine. I had an appointment with Gabrielle, a chartered physiotherapist, to assess a knee problem. She was extremely professional and very thorough in her questioning and physical assessment of my knee. After various exercises with weights and balance board, she filled me with reassurance that I had no significant problem and sent me packing with a set of exercises to build up the strength of the muscles. Very pleased with the whole experience

Fanastic!! I have struggled with a bad back for 6 years and had to stop exercising almost completely. I’ve only had 3 sessions with Gabby and I know longer have any pain, no restrictions and have been running again for the first time in ages! So grateful.
