Gabrielle Jackson

BSc (Hons) MCSP
Chartered Physiotherapist

Gabrielle was originally a patient here at Elite back in 2010. After being in the care of the team she became inspired to go on and become a physiotherapist herself. She stayed in close contact with the team throughout her training, finally graduating with first-class honours from the University of Birmingham. She has always had an interest in sports rehabilitation and comes from a strong sporting background herself from being an elite acrobatic gymnast for twelve years. She competed both nationally and internationally, ending her gymnastics career as a Senior British Champion whilst also being a qualified gymnastics coach and judge.

After qualifying as a physiotherapist, Gabrielle spent time in Samoa working with the National Samoan Rugby 7’s Team and now also works alongside one of our other physios, Tom Stainer, as part of the medical team at Aylesbury Rugby Club.

She has post-graduate qualifications in Acupuncture, Pitch side First Aid, Sports Massage and Taping. Gabrielle is very motivated and passionate about health and enjoys keeping fit and active herself. She is driven to continually improve her clinical and musculoskeletal knowledge with the hope to start studying for her Masters in the next few years.
